3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use tools only for lawful purposes and in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Terms
• NOT use downloaded thumbnails, banners, logos to impersonate, spam, or violate copyright
• NOT attempt to hack, scrape excessively, DDoS, or overload our servers
• NOT use our tools to download private, age-restricted content where you don't have permission
• Be responsible for how you use tags, titles, hashtags generated - we don't guarantee views or monetization

4. Intellectual Property

Website design, text, comparison tables, tool logic, and branding "YouTuberTools" are our property. YouTube, Google, TubeBuddy, vidIQ are trademarks of their respective owners. Thumbnails, banners, logos fetched via tools remain property of their respective YouTube channel owners. We only provide access via public YouTube CDN URLs (img.youtube.com, yt3.ggpht.com).

5. No Warranty

Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant:

• Tools will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Search volume data like minecraft [2.1M searches] is exact - it's estimated
• Earnings calculator results are actual income - it's estimated based on CPM/RPM
• Monetization checker or stats checker will be 100% accurate at all times

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall youtubertools.com, its owner, or network sites (usavisaprocess.com - USA Visa Process 2026, aiappall.com - 100+ AI Tools) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages including loss of YouTube channel, demonetization, copyright strike, loss of revenue, arising from use of tools.

7. Third-Party Ads and Links

We use Google AdSense and other ad networks to keep tools free. Clicking ads is at your discretion. We have partner sites: usavisaprocess.com and aiappall.com owned by same owner, serving 1M+ users. We are not responsible for external sites.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve right to modify, add, or remove any of the 16 tools, change pricing (currently free), or discontinue service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by laws of Bangladesh and international internet laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising shall be resolved via email support first.
